Refunds
The Deposit you pay to book your course is non-refundable unless CMS cancel the course. If you cancel a course 8 days or more before the course is due to start, you can transfer your credit to another date/course of your choice. You can only transfer your deposit credit once. If you cancel within 7 days or less of the start date of the course you are not entitled to refund. If you cancel before 7 days and would like a refund, CMS will process it and the refund will be issued within 30 days from the confirmation email. If CMS is forced to shut down due to Government restrictions, CMS is not obliged to reimburse the participant. However, CMS will endeavour to reschedule the course and contact all participants to find the most suitable date to complete the cancelled course.

Complaints Process
If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact us through telephone or email and we will send over a complaints form for you to fill out. Once that has been filled out send it back to us at info@cmsinstitute.co.uk and we will get back to you within 30 days of the submission of the form.

Coronavirus: latest advice
We continue to monitor closely the situation following the outbreak of the coronavirus (Covid-19) and will update you on any further developments which may affect our learning community.

The health and wellbeing of all our students, visitors and staff is paramount, and we are taking steps, in line with Government guidance, to minimise the risk to us all.
​
In the event where students or tutors are unable to attend courses to due restrictions that have been places on them by an official body – we will work with those individuals to transfer to a future iteration of their chosen course.
