The EAN

We see first-hand the industry’s enthusiasm and high demand for a diverse and inclusive workforce. We provide the link between untapped under-represented and diverse talent and the companies or productions looking to recruit. To reach this talent, we work closely with training providers, charities and foundations across London.

ScreenSkills

ScreenSkills is the industry-led skills body for the screen industries – film, television (including children's, unscripted and high-end), VFX (visual effects), animation and games. They are supporting economic recovery and future innovation and growth across the nations and regions by investing in the skilled and inclusive workforce who are critical to the UK screen industries' global success.

They provide insight, career development and other opportunities to help people get into the industry and progress within it. 

The Film and TV Charity

The Film and TV Charity provide 24/7 help to people in all corners of the industry. This happens through a range of support services and talent development programmes. They give people a lift when they’re facing personal and career challenges, from illness and injury to unemployment, relationship breakdown and bereavement.  

They help with travel, getting people where they need to go. There’s also support for those struggling to juggle their professional and personal responsibilities.

BECTU

Bectu is the union for creative ambition. They represent over 40,000 staff, contract and freelance workers in the media and entertainment industries. The members of Bectu work in non-performance roles in live events, broadcasting, film and cinema, digital media, independent production, leisure, IT and telecoms,

theatre and the arts.

The AD Guild

The AD Guild is the new professional association for all Assistant Directors working in the UK - a centre of excellence which provides training, benefits and grade certification. The AD Guild UK aims to be an inclusive, progressive and proactive nationwide Guild, to promote and develop the craft of Assistant Directors, while addressing the professional and collective needs of UK Assistant Directors working here and around the world.

​The Guild of British Camera Technicians

The Guild of British Camera Technicians is a non-profit association of knowledgeable, qualified and craft trained camera technicians dedicated to upholding quality and standards in the film, television and media industries. Its membership comprises professionals working in all camera department roles as well as script supervisors, on-set colourists and specialist technicians in aerial, underwater, 3D and VFX shooting.

The British Film Designers Guild

The BFDG is a flourishing, growing, professional group of talented individuals who have over 550 accredited memberships of skilled Creatives and Production Designers, spanning the various branches of the Art Department in Film, Television and Commercials. It was formed with the aim of raising the standards and profile of the Art Department and protecting the interests of its members over 75 years ago. Those core principles still apply today, and we are a thriving and evolving creative community.

The Production Guild

The Production Guild of Great Britain helps bring film and TV drama professionals together. We’re the UK’s leading membership organisation for those working in production. So, if you’re a professional looking for work, or if you’re looking to crew a production, we can help you find exactly what you need. The Production Guild of Great Britain ensures its members stay at the centre of film and TV drama production. We do this by offering them strong support for their work and influencing policy and best practice in the UK.
