Peter Paul

Course Leader Peter Paul is a Costume Supervisor/Assistant Designer with more than 30 years' experience in the Costume Department in Film, TV and Theatre. He started work in Melbourne Australia, working for 'The Firm', the largest scenery builders in Australia. Making large props, sculpture and sewing drapery for The Australian Ballet and other major productions. He then moved from sets to costume. Working for the main Costumier in Melbourne and Dressing on Productions such as Cats and Les Miserables. Moving to London in 1989 he continued working as a freelance maker and dressing on West End shows. Getting into Film and TV, first as a Daily on Productions such as The Phantom of the Opera and Alexander then as Principal Standby looking after actors such as Heath Ledger, Gerard Depardieu, Steve Zann and Kevin Spacey.
Then moved up to Wardrobe Master on Polanski's Oliver Twist, Inglorious Basterds and Fury amongst others. For the last 10 years he has been alternating between Supervisor and Assistant
Designer roles. Working mainly for Anna Sheppard, Beatrix Pasztor and Charlotte Holdich on Productions such as Any Human Heart, Great Expectations, Woman in Gold, Now You See Me 2 and American Assassin.
